This course helps learners identify and describe the features of a manufacturing, assembly or engineering process; as well as identify safety, health and environmental issues within the workplace. In addition to this, learners will also understand what behaviours are appropriate in a workplace and respond to inappropriate behaviours.
The key focus of this course is on the skills and knowledge required to service, maintain, repair or manufacture a product and introduces learners to a manufacturing environment.

- Understanding what behaviours are appropriate in a workplace.
- Understanding the employment contract, procedures, rules and policies which determine workplace relationships.
