Introduction to Management Programme (IMP)

In addition to the five accredited Generic Management 4 Learnership modules, CBM Training has selected courses from an extensive range of highly practical and locally relevant interventions that will allow learners to gain practical knowledge of the key skills a newly appointed 21st Century manager needs to master in order to perform whilst simultaneously achieving the National Certificate in Generic Management NQF Level 4 SAQA ID 57712. 

The Introduction to Management Programme (IMP) is focused on building the foundation of management and leadership capability as well as refining core operational skills required to perform at team leader level. The IMP is aimed at helping team leaders and supervisors perform better in their current roles and prepare those candidates with capability for entering the next management level.
